Ingredients
 1 large bunch / 15-20 pcs. of saba bananas (Sweet Asian Plantains)
 1 cup brown sugar
 Oil for frying
 2 tbsp sesame seeds
Equipment
 Cooking pan
 Measuring cup
 20 pcs. skewers
 Strainer
 Paper towels
 Tong

In a cooking pan, pour and heat oil over medium low fire.

Gently add brown sugar and stir until the sugar starts to caramelize.

Place together the bananas and stir-fry them until they are fairly coated and deep golden in color.

With a tong, transfer on paper towels to drain excess oils. Another option is to pour them directly onto a strainer and let the oils drip.

While the plantains are still hot, put them on a plate and sprinkle with some sesame seeds.

Skewer at least 2 pieces of fried bananas and serve.
