Ingredients:
 ¾ cup (180ml) cranberry juice
 1 tablespoon maple syrup, optional
 2 (360g) granny smith apples, quartered, seeded
 ½ cup (60g) frozen raspberries
 ½ cup (65g) ice cubes

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.

Start the blender at its lowest speed, then quickly increase it to its highest speed.

Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
