5-Minute Mango Pudding
Peel and dice a large ripe mango.
With a food processor, whizz the mango into a purée.
Add in the scoops of vanilla ice cream and thickened cream, then continue to process until mixed.
Ladle into 6 individual serving bowls.
Top it off with ½ scoop of passion fruit over the top of each pudding.
