Dasha's Green Smoothie Bowl

Dasha’s Green Smoothie Bowl

By Dasha (@littlekalegirl)

Many of you frequently ask me about the blender I use to make my delicious nice cream bowls. I am personally using @vitamix_aunz Ascent Series A3500i to make all my nice cream bowls. It allows me to create delicious healthy treats with amazing consistency and texture like ice cream!

The blender is super easy to use. It has five program settings (for smoothies, hot soups, dips & spreads, frozen desserts and even self-cleaning). I also love the @vitamix_aunz 2l container not only because it looks super sleek, but it’s also easy to scoop out all the nice cream.

Keep reading for a super simple smoothie recipe!
