We’re in lockdown, so why not make bubble tea while we are staying at home?
Today, I tried to make it with kiwi fruit. To make it the same way I did, keep reading!
Heat the sugar and sliced kiwis with water for 1 minute on low heat. After which, blend it.
Add 2 tablespoons of Tapioca powder. Mix it and warm it up until jelly texture forms.
Gradually add 1 cup of Tapioca powder and mix thoroughly.
Make little balls with the mixture.
Boil the little balls for 20 minutes then let them sit in hot water for another 20 minutes. Rinse in cold water, then add honey or maple syrup.
Enjoy with ice, kiwi fruit juice, and butterfly pea powder lemonade!

For blending, I used a blending bowl from @vitamix_aunz. It’s super convenient!
Making the little balls was therapeutic too.
The taste was really delicious! The color was not as green as I hoped for, but it was fun to make it!
