Who doesn’t love chocolate?! With these quick and easy Choc Breakfast Donuts, you really have an excuse to get cocoa-loco!
“Transform your breakfast oats into these chewy oaty chocolate donuts! Preheat oven to 170C. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl to form a sticky dough.
Pour batter into greased donut moulds. Bake for 20 minutes or until the surface is firm and no longer sticky.
Let it cool while you melt chocolate and coconut in a bowl. Dip each donut into melted
chocolate and dust with coconut.
Set aside at room temperature for 1 hour or until chocolate coating is set.
