Cook Time1 minTotal Time1 min
For the chia pot:
150g. (one tub) Two Good yoghurt, vanilla flavour
¼ cup milk, or plant-based alternative
 ¼ cup chia seeds
 Pinch cinnamon
To serve:
 ¼ cup berries, lightly crushed
 ½ banana, sliced
 2 tsp. toasted coconut
 1 tsp. toasted almonds, sliced
1

Combine the Two Good vanilla yoghurt with your choice of milk, plus the chia seeds and cinnamon, in a bowl or container. Stir until combined.

2

Cover, and then leave in the fridge for at least an hour, or until the chia seeds have expanded and absorbed all the liquid. Alternatively, this step can be done the night beforehand, so the chia pots are ready to assemble the next day.

3

Spoon your choice of berries into two small glasses or jars, then pour over the chia mix. Top with banana slices, toasted coconut, and sliced almonds.
