Salted Caramel Frozen Yoghurt by Reece Carter (2)

Salted Caramel Frozen Yoghurt by Reece Carter, Two Good Ambassador

This delectable salted caramel frozen yoghurt by Reece Carter is made extra crunchy by crushed nuts and dried figs!

RatingDifficultyIntermediate

Cook Time3 hrsTotal Time3 hrs

For the frozen yoghurt:
150g (one tub) Two Good yoghurt, salted caramel flavour
2 small ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
 ¼ cup macadamias
 1 date, pitted
 1 pinch sea salt
To serve:
 1 dried fig, thinly sliced
 2 tbsp crushed nuts

1

In a blender, combine the Two Good salted caramel yoghurt with the frozen banana slices, macadamias, pitted date, and sea salt. You may need to occasionally pause blending, and use a spoon to combine the ingredients because this recipe is thick.

2

Once smooth, transfer the mix to a container and place it in the freezer. Allow freezing for 2-3 hours, giving it a good stir every 30 minutes to prevent it from turning icy.

3

Spoon the frozen yoghurt into two bowls and top with sliced figs and nuts.
