Many people ask me about my Galaxy Bowl so here it is!
I must admit I am totally in love with the pink swirl that is made in my beautiful @vitamix_aunz, which allows me to achieve this beautiful texture of all my nice cream.
My @vitamix_aunz is an Ascent Series A3500i blender and it is an appliance that I use in my kitchen daily. The blender is super versatile as it allows me to make delicious smoothies in the morning, nice cream, healthy treats, dips, nut butters, soups, and much more.
For the pink nice cream:
1 frozen pink pitaya
2 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen strawberries
⅓ cup almond milk
For the black nice cream:
3 frozen bananas
1 tsp Activated Charcoal
⅓ cup almond milk
1Blend all the ingredients for each nice cream color.
2In a bowl, pour the black nice cream then the pink nice cream. Mix the two mixtures together until you get a nice swirl of pink and black.
3Top with desired berries and other fruits.

Directions
1Blend all the ingredients for each nice cream color.
2In a bowl, pour the black nice cream then the pink nice cream. Mix the two mixtures together until you get a nice swirl of pink and black.
3Top with desired berries and other fruits.
A little disclaimer: If you are on any sort of medication keep 90 min gap between eating foods with activated charcoal and taking meds, as charcoal is strong and very absorbent.
