Rating
Prep Time10 minsCook Time4 hrsTotal Time4 hrs 10 mins
Ingredients
 5 pieces over-ripe bananas
 100 ml milk
 50 ml maple syrup
Equipment
 Blender/ mixer/ food processor
 Plastic Container
 Measuring cups and spoon
Directions
1

In a plastic container, store the peeled over-ripe bananas and leave them in the freezer for several hours – they should be thoroughly frozen.

2

Once taken out from the freezer, put them right away into a food processor and pour in the milk.

3

Blend on full power for 2-3 minutes (it may struggle at first, but keep it up – not recommended for low-end blenders).

4

With a spatula, scrape down the inside of the bowl and gently pour a good slug of maple syrup.

5

Continue processing for another 2 minutes until you start noticing banana fibers breaking down and form the most incredible dessert!

6

Transfer the treat into a bowl and garnish with your choice of toppings!

7

Dive in and enjoy with your loved ones on a hot summer night.
